About WorkloadMaster
Welcome to WorkloadMaster
By Bob Patterson
Since 2000 I’ve been helping people take control of their time and workload. In today’s frantic world we’re bombarded by so much information and demands on our time that it’s difficult to keep focused on what’s most important. Often we’re so stressed we don’t even know what’s important. Many people feel their lives are controlled by whatever (or whoever) screams the loudest.
The WorkloadMaster system uses a set of common sense principles and processes that give you control over your work. Through the daily application of these processes you develop new habits that result in a sense of control and reduced stress. It’s not rocket science, just common sense applied consistently.
Call it time management or workload management, it doesn’t matter. What’s most important is that you are in control.
The purpose of this blog is to reinforce the principles and processes taught in our workshops and coaching sessions. It’s free to everyone, client or not. My objective is to make this a lively interactive environment where we share information to help each other deal with the Crazy Busy world.
Here’s a list of our most popular programs:
Master Your Workload with Microsoft Outlook – Applies our principles and processes to Microsoft Outlook making it a powerful time and workload management tool. Taught on-site at your location half-day or full-day
Master Your Workload with Microsoft Outlook ONLINE – Taught live via webinar in two 2-hour sessions. Groups limited to a maximum of 6 participants.
Individual Training and Coaching – We work together one-on-one to help you apply the basic principles to your job, environment and work style.
Follow-up Coaching – One-on-one individual coaching sessions after initial training to reinforce the learning, help you customize the system to your work style and keep you on track. You can do this once or on a regular basis…whatever you need.
Blog – This blog is free. Here I discuss everyday issues that affect our ability to focus on what’s most important. Apply our principles to dealing with the issues in the real world. Your comments and participation are greatly appreciated. When possible I will share resources from other sources and invite guest authors to contribute.
